P2D buyer service is purchase, payment and delivery with a personal manager. We work with goods from Europe and other regions: you send a product link, and we buy it, check it, photograph it, pack it with care, file the customs declarations, pay the duties and deliver the order.

How do I order an item through the P2D buyer service?
Send a product link in your P2D account, in Buyer Service. A manager will contact you, confirm the details and calculate the cost. Then we buy the item, check and photograph it, pack it with care, clear customs and deliver the order.
How much does the buyer service cost?
The commission is 10% of the item price. If the item costs more than 200 EUR, a 15% customs duty is added on the amount above 200 EUR. Delivery is charged separately: up to 1 kg — 20 EUR, plus 10 EUR for each extra kilogram.
How is the customs duty calculated?
The duty is 15% of the amount above 200 EUR. For an item of 1,000 EUR, the commission is 10%, or 100 EUR, plus 15% of 800 EUR, or 120 EUR.
How much does delivery cost?
Up to 1 kg — 20 EUR, plus 10 EUR for each extra kilogram. A 3 kg parcel, for example, costs 40 EUR.
What exchange rate is used for the purchase?
The purchase rate is confirmed by a manager at the time of purchase.
